Dr pope wasted so much of my time and money. Useless Drs here.
I've been going to the same doctor here since childhood and she has always been fantastic and extremely efficient. What lets the centre down is the majority of the medical reception staff. The bulk of them are incredibly rude even at the outset of conversations, particularly over the phone and generally sound entitled and as if they know better than the patients. It is really disappointing as the doctors here are fantastic.
Had a phone consultation booked, confirmed and paid the $1 bullcrap to book the damn appointment for 4pm yesterday. It’s been over 12 hours and I have not been called, or communicated with. I needed appointment and the lack of communication is just horrible, what a waste of time.. also tried calling at 5:30 but was told the office is shut, when the website AND at the end of the call message says they are open from 8am-6pm, but if you call after 5 you can’t get through?
