Reception is always helpful, Doctors are excellent.
I highly recommend Terrigal Medical Centre, especially Dr Andy Conroy. I’ve been seeing Dr Conroy for over 8 years, and now my husband and three kids do too. He is an extremely knowledgeable GP, has a lovely bedside manner, is kind and patient, and never makes you feel rushed. You always leave feeling heard and confident in the expectational care he provides.
Spoke to a lovely receptionist who was kind and helpful, she then forwarded me to her manager who was quite rude and blunt the entirety of the phone call, saying “I don’t mean to be rude” does not negate that and indicates she knew she was being rude and insensitive to what was clearly a fragile situation for me. Ended up booking elsewhere due to this. Don’t recommend if that is how management there acts. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a trend here.
I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses, reception staff and managers for the outstanding service I received today. I spoke with a lovely receptionist who went above and beyond to help organise an appointment for me at short notice, which I truly appreciated. I never have even attended your terrigal practise, don’t send me your marketing messages with no unsub when I gave you my details for a MEDICAL appointment.
