I dropped my bike off at 10:15 a.m. for a simple repair and didn’t hear anything all day. When I stopped by around 6:30 p.m. to check on the progress, I found out no work had been done. The owner told me they couldn’t handle it because it’s a high-end bike and their mechanic didn’t know how to route the cables through the frame. I went in recently to have them saw off a bike lock on my bike after losing my keys and they did it well below what I thought it'd cost ($20). Once I got home learned the rubber that attached my bike lock mount to my frame was fully eroded — so I took it back ~15 minutes later and they fixed the mount AND tightened my Quad Lock phone mount free of charge. All in all the staff were friendly and helpful and the price was very doable. I'm so glad to have a place like this so close to home.

By far the best bike shop in Brooklyn since moving from Arizona! Tony and his team are incredibly professional and went above beyond to make my experience exceptional. They tuned up my bike, straightened my wheels, and even offered me a bottle of water when I was thirsty. I'll definitely be coming back. FYI: This place is super affordable do your own research.
