Yesterday was our first visit with Terrific Teeth, and it was a wonderful experience. They were excellent with my 6 year old and made him feel comfortable from the moment we arrived! It was nice to see everyone smiling in the office and genuinely enjoying their jobs. After our visit, he told me that he loves it there! Thank you for being so wonderful and welcoming!
From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, we were met with warm and smiling faces of the entire staff who made our experience amazing. Multiple staff members greeted us by opening the front door for us, as I was coming in with my newborn in a stroller, a gesture that added a personal touch to our excellent service experience. They are always so friendly and make my kiddos feel comfortable.
What a wonderful place- every employee was happy and so kind. The receptionists created a warm and welcoming environment. The hygienist was so kind, patient and gentle with my son with his first dentist visit. This cannot be an easy job and they killed it. The DMD was the same. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to have found a dentist for my son that will provide outstanding care.
