I usually don't write reviews for places specially places that disrespected me and my family more than any place ever. I pulled into the full service line with my wife and 2 kids in the car and with kids you know that the back seat is there domain so it's dirty and covered in crap. my vehicle has so many scratches now on the exterior of the paint job well I'm driving through I can hear and feel them smacking my car with the sticks.and the one that was doing the sales seemed all zoned out like he was high on pot
I pulled up and waited 30 minutes before anyone even help me when they finally did I got the crappiest service ever overpriced and the employees are very rude and this to use lots of things came up missing from my vehicle.and the salesperson in the front at the carwash was very rude not sure what his name was but he seems very racist and I did not appreciate it.my wife says his name is Dylan.after 10 minutes of arguing with him he finally told me to just get the f*** off the property so I drove away
a bunch of racist employees the managers are sexual predators.and all of the vacuum are thieves
worst washs ever my car has so many scratches do to go into that wash.they beat your car with the sticks before they send it through the tunnel . and they steal if they you let him in your car. do not use this and the manager Jerry fiewer is a racist bastard
ohh this is the worst place to go to the manager sexually harass my wife every single person was playing around and I swear all of them are on drugs .a couple items came up missing from my glove box I on purpose prior to getting my car washed placed them IN there .and when I came to talk to the manager his name was joe with sarcastic rude answer he looked at me and said sorry nothing we can do. I strongly recommend not using terrible herbst car wash on sunset and annie oakley
