Just moved here from out of town this Carwash is extremely unclear on. Do you vacuum it yourself do they vacuum it? Nobody helps you decide on what to buy based off what you need for your car. Never coming back to this place.
I took my truck through their wash and it damaged my grill—clearly caused by the wash itself. When I brought it to their attention, they denied responsibility and basically refused to cover the damage. What’s worse? They pretended to investigate but it was clear they weren’t willing to do anything about it from the start. No accountability. No real customer service.
