Great local spot ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love having a quality car wash right in my neighborhood. Terrible Herbst Full Service Car Wash is quick, affordable, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They get the job done right without the wait or the premium price tag. It’s become my go-to for a convenient wash. Highly recommend if you’re fine with self vacuuming and wiping down the car yourself in the Southern Highlands area.
They did not vacuum the inside of my car, which was included in my $30 car wash. I had to ask the guy to vacuum my car after I was told it had already been vacuumed. I won’t go there again.
Just moved here from out of town this Carwash is extremely unclear on. Do you vacuum it yourself do they vacuum it? Nobody helps you decide on what to buy based off what you need for your car. Never coming back to this place.
I took my truck through their wash and it damaged my grill—clearly caused by the wash itself. When I brought it to their attention, they denied responsibility and basically refused to cover the damage. What’s worse? They pretended to investigate but it was clear they weren’t willing to do anything about it from the start. No accountability. No real customer service.
