I've been to the self service bays twice now and they are poorly maintained. It took nearly two minutes to produce high pressure water and several features did not work. Presoak, bug remover, and wheel clean produced slightly more than a dribble of flow and there was obviously something wrong. I had the same experience both visits and left with a dirty vehicle and lots of disappointment. I will not return.
