The Name Isn’t Irony, It’s a Warning. The unearned star is only there because there's no option for no or negative stars, but if there were I'd give -5. I didn't realize Terrible's was aiming for literalism, but congratulations—you nailed it. I walked in to buy gas—you know, the entire point of your existence—and was refused service because my hands were dirty from working. This place is a joke! You have to pay for a fountain drink before you can get one, which is fine, but their machine was broken and the employee knew it. When I let her know and asked for a refund, she said I should've asked if the machine was working before I paid and they don't give refunds. Seriously? Don't waste your $ here. Gas is less than $4 per gallon right down the street anyway.
