Not only will I never go to this terrible herbst again but I'm seriously thinking about writing all of the news stations about the way I was treated by the store clerk there yesterday afternoon....I took my dog, Draco, (who is a certified service animal) in with me when I went in with a friend of mine to gamble a few dollars and cool off we had been in the store for about 3-5 mins and the clerk asked me if he was a service animal at which point I said yes and she proceeded to ask me for paperwork to prove it. Poweraide marked 3 for $5, got to the register and asked why the price doesnt ring up 3 for 5. He said, it aint 3 for 5 no mo, its 3 for 7.17 now. Store is false advertising or the employee is scamming.
Three out of the last five times I've come the staff was in the back (doing I don't know what) for an extended period of time while customers were left at a locked entrance.
10:26 pm I bought gas and told the clerk I was selecting the muscle milk as the free drink you get with a gas purchase he charged me for it and refused to give me a refund. Zero stars. Trash service. No manners, no dignity.
