I was told 2-4 weeks to receive a duplicate death certificate. It took 6 weeks. 6 copies for $150 is extreme as well.
Great customer service.
If I could give no stars I would, the lady that was at the front had a nasty attitude! When I first walked in to ask questions she tried to rush the process and half way answering my questions. Then rudely says you have to take a quiz and you got all these kids with you ( mind you I only had 1 kid with me age 9) (I also had my mother in the car with me I only wanted to know if my daughter could use the restroom but I never even got around to asking her that), not listening when I walked through the door and said I have some ... read more
