The manager is lazy and allows people at the register that shouldn't be there, especially at a location that should be higher in volume, but I guess Terribles doesn't really care what one customer thinks.

As a tax payer who owns and is living in Summerlin I’m embarrassed to say that I thought using this gas stations restroom was a good idea during a run with my friend this AM. We both were denied service due to “someone taking a dump on the bathroom floor and it not being usable” (mind you the establishment had two bathrooms with a required code. Very rude customer service. I ran in to use the restroom. The door needs a code. I asked for the code and the 2 employees looked at me and then each other and said a mumble of words of “there is no code, it’s closed, it’s employees only, someone pooped on the floor.” I told them I just saw someone walk out of there and there were 2 restrooms. They offered to check how bad it was at which point I left because they were lying.

I'm working for a company that right across the street from queensridge is this Chevron I've been to the store four times in the last month unfortunately the employees at this store are extremely rude they are not helpful they don't greet you when you come through the door and if you ask them any questions they huff and puff and they treat you as if you're not worthy of their time there's an older gentleman working behind the counter in the mornings extremely rude individual as well as the cleaning lady that's here this morn... read more
