Love the new Touchless car wash. Extremely easy and efficient. Service inside with Milton was explained very well in a professional and polite manner. Great service all around.
John was absolutely awful. Was completely rude and upset by my payment method and let me know it with his sigh and ignoring my questions. He don’t speak another word to me after I told him how I’d pay just pointed where I needed to go all pissed off.
Do the cashiers HAVE to be mean? You don’t have to be sunshine and rainbows, but at least don’t roll your eyes and flip up your hands that I didn’t read the total off the chip reader rather than wait for you to tell me how much cash to hand you. I’m sorry my transaction interrupted your text message convo with “My Ninja”. Install self service if I’m that much of an inconvenience.
