We need these chargers to work. We contacted TERRIBLES and as the name states, they are terrible at replying and have never responded to any of the many outreaches .
Both are still down / out of order as of Dec 23 2023 scratch these chargers off your list- on to the next closest charging station because you won't be charging your EV anywhere close to Indian Springs NV.
The two chargers have never worked since they were installed 3 years ago. The station manager is hopeful that they will be replaced; but, there is no time table yet. There are no public chargers in this town, resulting in a regular string of EVs being towed to Las Vegas.
