Had been a customer for years. Today received a letter that my account was transferred to a different agent in a town nowhere near me because Terri had retired in October. I wasn't given an option to pick my own new agent in a town near me. I called and was told they can't help me and needed to contact my "new agent" in the other town if I want to switch to an office near me. I am canceling State Farm. Very disappointed with Yarmouth.

I highly recommend Terri Wright-State Farm Ins. Alex at the agency is great agent to work with. He took the time to ensure I had the right coverage amount, he discussed discounts, added coverage options and was always available when I had more questions.
