Terri is the best! This is my second time around and I am just as satisfying as the first. She is fast and neat with her braiding styles! Every part and baby hair of mines is slayed! She cares about her work because her name is on it And her shop is too cute, comfortable and cozy.
Terri is very talented but unprofessional. I visited her studio once and she seemed to be forcing herself to be nice and it was awkward. She is a great braider and I loved my braids. However, her tone on social media & emails to clients is terrible. It’s so off putting that you don’t want to return. Anywhere from chastising her clients online about how she is overworked and they “better know” that prices will go up and it will be harder to book her.
