Terri listens and has a great “chair side” manner. She does not hesitate to refer me to a specialist when needed.
First time in a long tme, I felt like welcome, cared for and not rushed. Perfect,
She's the BEST, gets me in and out in timely manner. Addresses all my needs and doesn't make me reschedule
She's not a doctor but she plays one. Dismissive attitude about my health issues, telling me to just accept them and move on. Fired me as a patient when I complained that I had specifically asked to see a doctor and got her, and she never informed me she was not the doctor. Now has banned me through the entire network of doctors so I now have to drive over an hour away to see any doctor. Provided incomplete labs and cant get information or call backs from the office.
