Unfortunately, I found her to be unprofessional and not transparent. She failed to disclose important information that I reported, and her approach seemed biased and unfair. Terri was my first experience visiting a Psychologist and I couldn't speak highly enough of her. Professional, thoughtful and action focused.
I found Terri Kelly frighteningly unprofessional and a danger to vulnerable people especially children. I know a child who reported serious abuse to her privately in her office. After the session where the child disclosed abuse to her, crying to her asking for help, Ms Kelly betrayed the child's trust and told the child's abuser in the waiting room in front of the child what the child disclosed. She said to the abuser 'you have to stop swearing at this child as you are frightening him'. As though this is the remedy for child... read more
