Everyone at Terrezza Optical was very friendly and went out of their way to assist and answer questions. Had an appointment at 2:45pm but didn’t get seen till 3:20pm. The total appointment time just to get eyes checked and new contacts was over 2 hours. The doctor who was some ditzy blonde only looked at my eyes for less than 5 minutes and said you should try these other contacts that you can sleep in which is a lie. You can sleep in all contacts; she was just trying to push her big kickback brand that are very uncomfortable solid contacts that don’t allow for bendable movement. Very pleasant experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and respectful. Dr. Star was very patient in answering all my concerns. I will continue to go for my eye examination and glasses.
