Quality team of caring professionals.
I completely understand that doctors run late and we all build that time into our calendar but to make patients wait over 45mins when you are in the office alone without a patient is downright disrespectful. Why do patients have to call and advise the office we are running late but we don’t get the same courtesy. I took time off work for an appointment, only to wait 45mins and have to walk away to get back to work on time. Would never go back here.
