Overpriced and staff are quite rude and obnoxious and it's clear there are vets there that are inexperienced with horses. Receptionist was very rude and one occasion the vet was running late and there was no phone call to explain that I had to ring up and find out what was happening and the receptionist was so rude to me and disrespectful. We had not been able to visit a Vet for a while due to family illness. However we were able to update our dog,s care without condemnation. He had a cough but recovered within a few days

While all the staff at Terrey Hills Animal Hospital are kind and very knowledgeable, Linda, your receptionist is exceptional. I imagine she manages many aspects of the practice however from a customers perspective Linda's empathy to all is outstanding.
