Nice place, the Cuban guy that works there is awsome but customer service is horrible, tried calling like 10 times and I was on hold the whole time. I was 10 minutes on hold and they hung up on me. This happened several times, I just needed the results for my tests but they havent even sent them to me.

Don't understand why this office is charging their patients a $20 fee for an office visit if paid in cash, however the fee changes to $25 when paid with a debit card. I understand some establishments are passing along the credit card fees they are charged to the consumer, however that is typically in the range of 2-3% when run as a credit card. NOT 25% regardless of debit or credit. Its not about the $5 its about this office simply charging extra dollars that goes directly to their bottom line in the disguise of credit card ... read more
