The house was built beautifully and delivered on time. What I like it most is location - it’s close to groceries, parks, many playgrounds but still quiet. The backyard is small but low maintenance and since it’s close to parks and playgrounds with shade, I don’t think it matters anymore.
Been in new home for 1 year and no complaints, Got what we paid for, customer service with everything after we moved in has been terrific. Everything we needed fixed has been taken care of. Thank you Jeff Del Chairo and Curtis Parrish.
