I usually don't complain about Doctors but anyways I went to him to get my ears clean he was not very professional at all he started cleaning my ears without putting anything in them to soften the wax. He was literally digging so deep it hurt me so bad I was crying while he was doing it and he didn't care he was rude about it. But I will tell you right now I would not recommend him to anyone. and I will definitely not go back to him..

Dr. Zipfel is very kind and thorough. We were referred to him for my daughter’s lip tie. He was able to put our minds at ease for the procedure and again, was very kind to us. Highly recommend and will be going to him in the future if the need arises

He's a great doctor but his front desk crew needs replaced. Very rude and not caring at all. Finding another ENT just because of her.

I am having issues with my throat. Trying to swallow air can be difficult. He looked at my uvula and said there are no issues. Okay great. Can you investigate and see where the issue lies. I know it’s in my throat. Maybe not with the uvula. But because that’s why pcp referred me to ENT I was kind of dismissed. I had to keep pushing and saying what next. I think to shut me up he ordered a barium swallow. I would have been better off wiping my butt with the $20 copay. Waste of time and money.
