I had surgery September 2023. I saw Dr. Prissel for a few seconds when I went in after surgery to have a hard cast put on. He never gave me a chance to ask him anything and he just left. I saw Mr. Arnet instead after that on my visits. I was in pain before my surgery and Dr. Prissel told me he could fix my problem. Well, he didn't. I stay in constant pain my foot is twice the size. Dr. Griffith talked me into having major foot surgery, and the results were botched. He said the only way to fix things was to have an additional surgery. He could not guarantee successful results…why would I agree to that? I have been left hobbling and unable to walk much of a distance without pain.
