Dr is good and has great office politeness,he listens well and truly works on solving ur problems
Dr McGrath is excellent however his office staff is unreachable by phone or patient portal. I have left mutiple messages by phone with no response, when they transfer your call you are always left to a voicemail. You can have individual members of the healthcare team who are individually excellent but with poor systems-level practices this is how patients are lost to follow up and receive poor overall care. I will be finding a different doctor.
Dr. McGrath is absolutely awesome!! He cares about you and takes the time to listen to you, which unfortunately is a trait quite rare with today’s number-churning medicine. He also helps educate you and explain recommended treatments clearly. You feel like a partner when it comes to your healthcare and treatment; you feel involved in the process. I look forward to seeing him every year for my physicals!
I just love Dr. McGrath. He is very respectful and works with me to improve my health. He listens and considers any suggestions or thoughts i have on my symptoms and treatment.
