Delivered my 5th baby at Winter Haven Womens Hospital after 6 hours of laboring and making no progress my son's heart started to drop, without hesitation we decided to do an Emergency C Section. He is very detail oriented and proactive! He made sure my pregnancy and delivery were safe! He knows his stuff and also very personable. If I decide to have more children I will ONLY go with Dr. Carter.
