He does not have time to answer questions. He uses scare tactics to get you and your family to conform to what he wants. Doctors see you through healing, he is an operating room mechanic, not a doctor!
If I could put zero I would. I saw this Doctor in January off a referral to get a “game plan” for my back. Kind of a second opinion. After doing what was advised and now 6 months later felt I needed another opinion, saw this guy again only to get an MRI that he blew off even though the results were all related to the back. Beware of this surgeon, if you find it acceptable to be told you will die after being denied surgery by him then please go ahead and continue seeing this man. However if you or someone you love needs a serious surgery and you want them to be treated well, then DONT choose this guy. Ridiculous, unacceptable. You Dr. Holekamp are qualified for surgery not telling the future or judging others.
What he has in surgical ability he lacks in bedside manner. Poor listener. Likes to overspeak you. Very condescending attitude. Has his office staff trained to be as indifferent as he is. Often critiques Mercy system colleagues.
