I've had the distinct luck to have had Dr. Boyadjis as my psychiatrist for 6 years now, and I've never had a more professional, courteous, up-to-date, and respectful provider. He listens attentively, offers guidance and care tailored to my specific needs as a client, and has always returned my messages promptly. His guidance has saved my life and restored my trust - with the right psychiatric care, I have quality of life and recovery from myriad issues: bipolar depression first and foremost.
I am a long time sufferer of anxiety and depression. I thought Dr. Boyadjis could help me and at first it seemed very promising. I went home that day with three separate prescriptions and high hopes. However, those hopes quickly evaporated when he lied about filling my prescriptions. On three separate occasions, I drove to my pharmacy on refill day and was informed nothing had been called in for me. As you may imagine, this was very stress inducing for me so I decided to give Boyadjis a call. After assuring me I could call h... read more
I met someone else who had a family member with a terrible experience just like we had. I work with people in the mental health field so I have realistic but firm criteria. This doctor is all about the money. He was arrogant and not at all compassionate. He let our time run over and then acted as though he was doing me a big favor charging almost $500. This doctor did the same exact thing to this other person who said he had limited time due to financial circumstances. The doctor ran over the limit the patient gave him and c... read more
I came to Dr. Boyadjis practice without much hope, but I was proven wrong. After years of fighting extreme depression and anxiety, I am now a firm believer the TMS treatment has had a significant impact on my life. Although not everyday is easy, I have seen significant improvement. After seeing every doctor on the Main Line/Philadelphia over the years, and trying tons of medications, I believe I have found a solution that works for me. I highly recommend Dr.B and his staff!
Dr. Boyadjis does not listen well, and he has been rude on more than one occasion. It's so hard to find a psychiatrist these days so I stayed with him. However, he has left me hanging without my medication and written me a very rude text message accusing me of being irresponsible, when it was he who did not respond to my request for an appointment. I have been beside myself for days because he won't respond to me. I did nothing wrong to deserve this. I will never go to him again.
I am a patient of this extraordinarily talented Neuropsychiatrist. I am also a psychiatric nurse with 45 years of both clinical experience. Sadly, I have had to fight a lifelong genetically inherited battle with Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders and have been 35 years recovering from substance abuse. I have had both personal and professional experience with 100s of doctors..This man saved my life during an acute episode resulting from bad treatment. He is the best Psychiatrist I know.MDuffy
This man is rude, ignorant, and does not care about his patients. All Dr. Boyadjis cares about is getting you to pay him. He just writes prescriptions and charges your credit card. He is a very shady highly recommend going elsewhere if you want real psychiatric treatment.
Dr Boyadjis saved me from a what I saw as an immanent complete breakdown. He is knowledgeable in addiction medicine, bipolar disorder, PTSD and ADHD. He neither sugarcoats nor withholds the facts. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks.
My son was experiencing anxiety and depression and was in the early stages of recovery. I attended the first session with him. Dr. Boyadjis employed a detached and condescending approach that was shaming in nature. He was also ill-informed about the symptoms of addiction and the recovery process. My son did not receive any symptom relief. There was no formal diagnosis or written evaluation and no script for medication. After two visits and a $700 bill, we were left empty handed.
