Had Terrell Pools install our in ground pool in December 2017. By the summer of the first season, the concrete had developed 2 cracks. Both were because the dirt used to backfill the concrete walls was not compacted or given sufficient time to settle. Terrell agreed to patch one of the cracks but never completed the work. I asked numerous times when he was going to do the work and was promised he would but never did. You can tap on the concrete and hear how hollow it is beneath.
