Great service. Though they didn't have what we needed they located it in another location and are having it shipped directly to our home. Highly recommend. A+
So glad I gave up waiting for a backordered printer and called Terrell's. Sales and tech support were great, and they had product in stock. Excellent experience all around.
At Montana Gift Corral, we love working with Terrell's Office Solutions. They are very prompt with making sure we are supplied with ink and toner and if we ever need tech support, it's rare we have to wait more than a couple hours, even being out here in Belgrade. They check in with us to see how we're doing, and that personal touch is greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful company to partner with!
Terrell's never ceases to impress. They take every issue seriously, no matter how small, and respond extremely quickly, getting us back up and running again anytime we have an issue.
