If you are too "risky" she won't accept you for a single appointment. Including if you are over a certain weight. The receptionist is so heartless and callous about it too, "we aren't going to waste time booking an appointment if your a risk such as diabetes type 1, c sections, miscarriages, over 220lb..." so you don't care about the people, you care about having a good portfolio? Smh..
I became a patient in 2023 due to a pregnancy and wasn’t impressed and was uncomfortable with Shannon the NP at the time. It left me dreading the visits. I made my annual pap appointment with Daphney and I was IMPRESSED. She listened, she relayed back her opinion and then asked me what I thought right after, she asked me mentally how I’m doing and if I needed anything. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I stress do not go to this place at all. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. I had my Nexplanon replaced a week ago, October 6th, and less than 4 days later I had an infection in the site. I called, stressed my concern, and explained my symptoms. I was told I couldn’t be seen until the following day, so I went to the ER. Unfortunately they couldn’t do much but give me a antibiotic, and I was told to go to the appointment that was scheduled.
