Hopefully you will know 30 days in advance that your loved will die. If not you will be penalized for moving out early.

We moved my Grandmother there a few months ago and she is absolutely loving it. The staff is nice and maintenance is kind when they come to fix any issues she has had. We feel at peace knowing she is in a safe and friendly place. She loves the activities as well.

I only gave a star because it wouldn't let me do no stars. The only time you can contact anyone in charge is if you're giving them money. I thought everyone should know that if your loved one lives here and they die, they will be penalized for breaking their contract. You will not get their deposit back and you'll be told you're lucky that you're not charged the early termination fee. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever.

They absolutely don't care about the looks of the property. Landscaping is non existent at this property. People pay over $1000 a month for dead bushes, tall weeds, and overgrown grass. Took 6 months to get all the roaches, water bugs and bed bugs out of the unit. That we paid for not them. This place is all about the money and not about caring for the elderly.
