Office is old doesn’t feel clean. Very loud while you’re waiting in the exam rooms. Long waiting time. Staff isn’t very welcoming just getting the job done.
1 Star Extremely Unprofessional and Negligent Care You deserve better. I have been trying to get in contact with Terrell OBGYN for over three weeks. I left multiple messages with all the information they request, including why I needed to be seen and the provider I was referred to. No one ever returned my calls. Made my delivery very comfortable and were very attentive of my needs,love the whole staff and appreciate everyone!
I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and a new patient at this office, coming from a previous provider where I didn’t have the best experience. I was feeling anxious, but the women here were exactly what I needed — they eased my nerves tremendously.
