I had great experiences with this OBGYN for two of my pregnancies. Daphney is very sweet and understanding. I appreciate how they did not pressure me to get procedures done that I was uncomfortable with. They do accept most Medicaids and that is why I chose them. They are quick as well, and did not have long wait times for the most part. They are quick but not too quick if you know what I mean. They made me feel welcomed and special. Office is old doesn’t feel clean. Very loud while you’re waiting in the exam rooms. Long waiting time. Staff isn’t very welcoming just getting the job done.
1 Star Extremely Unprofessional and Negligent Care You deserve better. I have been trying to get in contact with Terrell OBGYN for over three weeks. I left multiple messages with all the information they request, including why I needed to be seen and the provider I was referred to. No one ever returned my calls. Being told this is one of the only options within a 20-mile radius of Kaufman, Forney, or Terrell is incredibly frustrating especially when you can’t even get a proper appointment.
