1 Star Extremely Unprofessional and Negligent Care You deserve better. I have been trying to get in contact with Terrell OBGYN for over three weeks. I left multiple messages with all the information they request, including why I needed to be seen and the provider I was referred to. No one ever returned my calls. Made my delivery very comfortable and were very attentive of my needs,love the whole staff and appreciate everyone!
I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and a new patient at this office, coming from a previous provider where I didn’t have the best experience. I was feeling anxious, but the women here were exactly what I needed — they eased my nerves tremendously. The front desk receptionist was incredibly kind, the phlebotomist had a great attitude and made all four of my blood draws painless, and Dr. Daphney was truly an angel. Communicated with me through changing Obs, very nice people to talk to would recommend this place for first time mamas!
If this is your first pregnancy I do not recommend this place they don’t answer their phones ever and if you’re trying to find a new ob be prepared to wait 5 weeks. I still haven’t heard anything from them after it being 5 weeks it’s just ridiculous. State needs to get involved.
