Dale worked with me for about 3 months on a project getting it ready, putting a budget together, advising on next steps. Then as we were getting ready to finalize the budget and start construction he stopped returning my phone calls and just bailed, leaving me to find another contractor last minute. No phone call back, just an email saying he could no longer work this into his schedule. Very unprofessional.
