The doctor a 4 and staff a 1. I have been going there for 3 years. Today I'm told they do not take my insurance anymore because of dsnp (special needs patient) I had surgery 2x but not within last 6 months. Depending on who answers the phone you get different messages. The last girl said all I needed was a Referral number. Maybe it is time for a change.
For some reason I fell like a cash cow when walking through the doors of this facility. I had a procedure done and had complications from the procedure. Called the office and was told to come in ASAP. I was charged a office visit because of the complications. Went back a week later and was charged again. They wanted me to schedule another appointment for a wellness check. My reply was, i'll call if I have anymore. complications. I'm in the process of looking for a new urologist. I prefer putting my health first, not my money... read more

Yes l have seen Dr. Haden A . Lafaye. M.D. and he is really good and he took good care of me for my procedure on 3/13/2025 and everything went well? He is the best Doctor ?
1 star for management, 5 stars for doctors. I am a self-pay patient, and have a medishare plan that you have to file yourself. They do not participate in My Chart or anything like it. There is no website you can go to to get your billing information. I had to fight for an itemized bill, and was unable to get documentation from them showing how much the self-pay discount was. Completely unacceptable in this day of electronic health records. Most of the staff is caring and kind, but the office manager was adamant that because ... read more
