For some reason I fell like a cash cow when walking through the doors of this facility. I had a procedure done and had complications from the procedure. Called the office and was told to come in ASAP. I was charged a office visit because of the complications. Went back a week later and was charged again. They wanted me to schedule another appointment for a wellness check. My reply was, i'll call if I have anymore. complications. I'm in the process of looking for a new urologist. Yes l have seen Dr. Haden A . Lafaye. M.D. and he is really good and he took good care of me for my procedure on 3/13/2025 and everything went well? He is the best Doctor ?
1 star for management, 5 stars for doctors. I am a self-pay patient, and have a medishare plan that you have to file yourself. They do not participate in My Chart or anything like it. There is no website you can go to to get your billing information. I had to fight for an itemized bill, and was unable to get documentation from them showing how much the self-pay discount was. Over several visits and phone calls etc. I've decided to share a review. Overall its a mixed bag. The doctors seem to be well informed with a good bedside manner. I am happy with them and their skill. The office staff and nurses are a different story. Its a large operation and seems to have more than a dozen of these support staff. A few have been helpful and a few I haven't spoken to, but some have been abrupt and lack the empathy that's nice to have when dealing with a very challenging time in life.
