Went in had mri done on time was able to get disc same day
Julie at the front desk was absolutely as rude as she could be. After about the third comment I told her that she was being rude and her comment back to me was “I have been told that before” almost like she was proud of it. To top it all off, after I got home someone that knew me texted me about how rude she was and that she was talking about me to her coworker. When working in the public, especially in a healthcare setting bc I retired from a pharmacy, you should not be just hateful. I did not deserve this.
Add appointment for 8 wasn't seen till 8:30 but overall visit was fine
