The maintenance department is very rude and unprofessional. Had to call three times to get an update regarding my heat going out TWICE in one week. The gentleman who answered the after hours phone were very condescending and his response to me was “maam you have heat”. I asked how my house could be 50 degrees when I woke up. He then rudely asked me “have you been home yet?” To which I replied no that I was at work and he very rudely stated “there you go!”. I don’t appreciate the unprofessional!
THHA Thanksgiving Dinner 🦃🦃 Garfield Gardens. Thanks to all staff members, for a very nice , fresh and delicious dinner! 😋. We had a generous portion of turkey,with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, dinner rolls, and yummy desserts! Hi! I would like to file an appeal for a balance thats on my record. The unit was infested with mice and caused a lot of mental stress on my family and I. I was only in the unit for a few months maybe less because I went back to Chicago duwe to the stress of the mice infestation. My unit was on Folks dr. Move out of Terre haute if you can. Housing office is terrible will tell you lie after lie. Will lie and state what is on your lease is not really this. Told me my landlord wasn’t responsible for proving proper equipment to cool and heat my home… that’s a lie. They are lazy and quite frankly not very good ones
They don't take homelessness seriously at all. It is their job to assist in finding housing. I'm a non felon with no evictions and they have fought me at every turn. The people who work there are young women who think you're being homeless is a laughing matter. I've been denied housing due to some sort of missing address in my documentation somewhere and they are alleging I must have landlord references for the program? Will someone tell Me if this is true because that doesn't make any sense. So they won't help the homeless ... read more
