Staff has always been top notch. I have so far, not had a problem with my living arrangement, that was not remedied by Terre Haute Housing Authority Staff. 6 years here at Garfield Gardens.
The maintenance department is very rude and unprofessional. Had to call three times to get an update regarding my heat going out TWICE in one week. The gentleman who answered the after hours phone were very condescending and his response to me was “maam you have heat”. I asked how my house could be 50 degrees when I woke up. He then rudely asked me “have you been home yet?” To which I replied no that I was at work and he very rudely stated “there you go!”. I don’t appreciate the unprofessional!
THHA Thanksgiving Dinner 🦃🦃 Garfield Gardens. Thanks to all staff members, for a very nice , fresh and delicious dinner! 😋. We had a generous portion of turkey,with mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, dinner rolls, and yummy desserts! Melissa and Christeena were kind enough to deliver dinners to residents who weren't able to get out. Thanks, so much! Happy Thanksgiving Everyone 🦃❤️🦃😊
