Closed on a Terrawise home in January 2021. In short, I do not recommend them. The house is for the most part well built, and is very energy efficient. However, their customer service is awful. They do not communicate with you, letting calls, emails, and texts go unacknowledged. I had to repeatedly visit their office in person to call attention to these issues, yielding only sluggish progress. Their warranty portal is non functional. We are looking to build a house and wanted to learn more about TerraWise because of the beautiful designs on their website. We sent multiple emails and phone calls, but received no reply so we stopped by their business office. The super was the only person there, and though he was friendly, he could give no details. He took our information and promised to give it to the sales team. They never reached out.
