Worst customer service ever!!! I spoke to Sohfan (or however you spell it) Kim. He comes off as very lazy and bored, reminded me of Patrick on Sponge Bob. He gave me the wrong information and was not very helpful at all. Too bad I can’t switch my insurance agency, because it was the default agency by my loan company. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Worst insurance agent ever. Not only did they treat me like garbage when I left, I feel like they ripped me off while I was with them. Sophia Kim was my insurance agent for the last three years when she allowed my auto insurance (Safeco) to lapse in June.
