Good people, nice store
I recently called Terratek as my gas fireplace would not turn off. I had to leave it on overnight and contacted Terratek in the morning. They weren’t the ones who installed my fireplace but I wanted a second opinion after speaking to the business who did. Kevin came that afternoon and was able to make the repair. It’s been 4 days since the repair and my fireplace is actually working better than it did before the issue. Thank you!
Kevin and the team just did an install for us. We replaced a very old wood stove with a modern free standing gas stove. The team from removing to the install and clean up where brilliant. Brad is very particular in his trade and it shows. Kevin came back the following day and painted the outside pipe to protect and it blends in with the house paint. I would recommend Terratek to anyone who is switching to gas or simply upgrading. Thank you Dave n Allison
