They build a nice home and the builder has been great to work with to knock out issues. However, since they are "spec homes" they do not go the extra mile they should to justify luxury home prices IMO. No water softeners, no radon systems, satin paint, unfinished basement, unfinished backyard, etc. Would probably be far better to choose to build with them from the start than you buy one that one that is already built.
Terrata builds such a high quality home! As a realtor, the process was smooth and easy for my clients! Our inspector had such great things to say about how they went above code in many areas! Bree was a rockstar helping us from start to finish! She is quick to communicate and resolved any concern! I will definitely recommend to all my clients!
