Great Neighborhood, Poor Builder Experience We absolutely love the neighborhood and our neighbors — both have been fantastic. This review is solely about our experience with the builder, LGI Homes. Sales office employees (Juan and Jessica) are not helpful or communicative.
These reviews are all over the map. Everyone has a different perspective on where they want to live & the price point of their home/visions. Tate Reserve is a beautiful collection of farmhouse style homes. Yes, they look similar, yes, these homes are their floor plans with several different elevations to choose from. You can make the house your own with a little help from a designer or utilizing your own ideas. The sales guy who answers the phone is horrible . Worst customer service. Here I am potentially buying 809,000- 1,000,200, you would think he would be welcoming to customer like myself but he could care less. I hope management and the builders know how rude this guy is .
