good experience and cleaning
I Usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this one. The staff is amazing, especially Ayo and Nick. I worked closely with Ayo, and he's incredible. His professionalism is off the charts. We were late to see the model house and got there around 7 PM, but Ayo still took his time to show us around. He explained all the upgrades we'd get, and he was spot on. *BUYER BEWARE* This company will talk a good game, but it's all lies. The agent representing this company called Ayo, made promise after promise. But in the end, we had a completely different result. He told us repeatedly before signing the contract if we canceled the house we were trying to buy, we'd get our $10,000 earnest money back guaranteed.
