Pros: Cheap comparing to other downtown buildings, staff responsive, close to schools and supermarkets. Cons: Lots of package thefts. This is an old apartment so cockroaches might appear, and some of the appliances get broken easily. Also the security is inadequate, strangers stay in the lobby and harass residents at night, if you forget your key at night, no one is there, and you have to listen to first French then English if you call them by phone, and no way to skip. Every time there is only one laundry machine is working, the rest of five are not functioning all the time. How would you expect the entire building to use one machine ☠️☠️☠️
