Avoid at all cost!!!! Someone will break into your room without notice and the laundry room is always broken
I do not advise anyone to live or rent an apartment from them because my experience with them was very bad.. because the key to the main door broke and I told them that I wanted to replace it but the response was that they do not have other keys... and other than that if the main key to the gate is available you have to pay for it again. The people in the office are uncooperative and speak disrespectfully to the tenant.
I actually enjoyed my time there for its central location. The building was mostly clean (I did have some bugs at the start, but they quickly called the exterminator, and I never saw them again) and has an insane view (at least on one side) The management does have a pretty severe case of left-hand-right-hand syndrome, where one person will say one thing and the other the opposite.
