Terra smart has by far the worst solar products in the industry. I have worked in solar for over ten years now and have seen multiple products by terra smart. There products are junk, most solar sites they produce are not even manageable after about the 2 year mark. There customer service is crap, when you try to make a claim with Terra smart they will keep deferring you to someone else until you get frustrated and quit contacting them.
