Anyone who is searching for a gift for that special Grateful Dead pal doesn't have to look any further than this shop in a quiet neighborhood in North Buffalo. From incense and oils to imported jewelry, from music to stickers, posters and clothing, it's all here, and at bargain prices. Named after a famous 1977 Grateful Dead album, the shop, located close to the Buffalo Zoological Gardens and the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, has received favorable comparisons to similar Deadhead shrines in San Francisco and Amsterdam.

One of Buffalo's best options for finding unique and often locally produced gifts, Terrapin Station is truly a beloved establishment.
People always ask me where I buy all of my rings and jewelry, or where I got that funny button or that pithy bumpersticker or my wonderful beaded curtains or my delicious incense or..... The answer to all of these inquiries is TERRAPIN STATION - one of the best gift shops in Buffalo (with the most delightful aroma - mmmmmm, incense!) - and the most friendly and helpful staff. And they sell beautiful clothing, tops, skirts, scarves, purses, greeting cards, music - just my favorite place to be on Hertel Ave.
Terrapin Station has a 4.6 star rating with 720 reviews.
Terrapin Station is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
