My daughter's apartment had roaches when she moved in. I have not gotten any responses to my email, called 3 times and spoke to someone as has she. They don't seem to care nor show an interest in being aggressive to fix the problem. It is very frustrating!!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Terrapin Row will nickel and dime you for a whole years rent when you are only there for the school year. Then when you move out they will charge you for cleaning and painting when you left the unit clean. They are a very GREEDY apartment complex!!!
If it were possible give a negative star review, they would deserve it. This office is awful and will scam your money. For a key returned a few days late they charged a $135 missing key fee and refused to respond to several formal appeal forms. Once I finally got a hold of a manager by email, they responded in a completely unreasonable, unprofessional way, refused to reduce the fee to a lesser late fee and lying that they had already spent money to re-key the lock while the tenants living in the apartment confirmed that none... read more
While the apartment itself is nice and the amenities, when available and working, are nice as well, the leasing office is by far the worst managed office I've had to deal with. From the start of my leasing process to now, they have been extremely frustrating as you get a different story from each employee working. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE - THEY WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE AND NOT HOLD UP THEIR END OF THE DEAL. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OF EVERY STUDENT AND PARENT!
Terrapin Row is the worst place to live in. They are shady and trick you into thinking the complex is nice. The only thing good about it is if you live in the townhouses because the rooms are actually a normal size. It is unsecure, unsafe, and the security doesn't do shit. My neighbor's houses was robbed, and my house was robbed TWICE. When I moved out, I was charged move out fees of damages caused by our apartment getting broken into.
We are trying to reach anyone at Terrapin Row to help locate clothes from 1304D left in room-resident had emergency appendectomy and could not move. They are missing as of today 8/2/17.
