While looking for an 'end of summer' adventure, I stumbled upon Terrapin Adventures. I have a 6 and 11 year old so I decided to give it a try. We had the time of our lives! Malachi was so helpful and funny and encouraging to me and my 11 year old daughter. Heather was incredibly patient and encouraging with my 6 year old and had her feeling like the strongest girl in the world. Took my 7 & 5 year old grandsons to climb the kids' Terrapin Explorer course. They loved it and the two staff members who worked with our small group of 7 children were terrific, very encouraging and safety conscience. It was a wonderful confidence builder and skill development experience. We will be back. Thank you!
I took my two grandchildren there. The staff were very kind and professional and tried very hard to help bolster the confidence of children who were afraid. All of the children in the group had a good time and felt successful.
My kids--8 and 10--loved it! The instructor was very kid friendly.
I took my grandkids for a fun time. They really enjoyed themselves. I was thankful for the experienced guides who were patient with me, as I traversed the high wire! The kids leaped along the wires like it was nothing!
Brought my son as a surprise. Evelyn and Henry were WONDERFUL.
So much fun! Staff was great, Malachi was funny, friendly, professional, and encouraging!
