This is one of the most unprofessional practices I have encountered I went there for an issue ... they suggested an endoscopy. When Dr Terrany called to tell me the results, he indicated that the biopsy was fine but, much as I tried to get a next steps, I got nowhere. I asked for a copy of the written results for the endoscopy. Over the next two months, i contact them 5 times by phone, email and secure message .. no response Meanwhile, I am regularly receiving texts, emails, calls and messages on the secure portal... read more
