Dr yang, Liu is my mom’s doctor. He’s great, very detailed and smart. Staff are also great and warm.

This concludes the OIPC process that began on May 9, 2025. The clinic provided 188 pages of original records and 63 pages of annotations I made as separate, unlinked digital files. I wanted internal markers or "flags" within the original 188-page clinical history to direct a reader to the legal annotations contained in the second f... read more
Made a phone call appointment for 9:20 AM. It is now 10:39 and I have not received a phone call. Do I get to charge THEM $75 for a missed appointment? What if I had another appointment to get to today? I understand that helping people takes time but when you make an appointment 20 minutes after they open, you expect them to be relatively on time still.
