Transferred me to another clinic without my approval or knowledge. Other than that they are pretty good and I have been trying to transfer back.

I am a patient at Terranova Medical clinic. I would like to write that I had an issue with my medical provider and I called to talk to Pauline the Richmond clinic manager, and she helped me get in contact with another family doctor to be my family provider for my husband and myself, and I am very happy about this; as someone on the autistic spectrum, it is greatly appreciated to have this support.
