They deserve zero stars. This clinic is a joke. The receptionist is so rude, raises her voice to the patients, makes a scene in the clinic when you try and talk to her. Been waiting for a month to schedule an appointment and they keeping saying that they will give me a call when they are available.. how hard is it to call somebody?
It is impossible to get a hold of them by phone! Might as well not have a phone option!! I tried for an hour, no answer, after 5 minutes it automatically send the call to voice mail, which is so difficult to understand. I was caller number 2 in the queue, not sure why it's considered "high call volume". Once I was caller number 1, but didn't let me hold longer than 5 minutes!! Sent to voice mail right at 5 minutes time! Flawed system! Your copy and paste reply doesn't help.
Dr. Gregory Jen has been filling in for my regular GP during her maternity leave, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care he’s provided. He is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. His guidance has played a major role in my recovery from open-heart surgery, and I truly appreciate having him as my GP during such an important time.
New Update: November 21, 2025 new Update. First, I must stress that I have had good experiences with Terra Nova Medical Clinic's owners: Dr. Julie Wilson and Dr. Ali Qazalbash. My records complaint is not a complaint against them, but a request for procedural compliance regarding my medical records and annotation rights as a woman on the spectrum. I give this clinic 5/5 stars for gaslighting their patients and providing insufferable care and service and responding to very valid criticisms from their patients with no real acknowledgements. The lack of empathy and care from this supposed healthcare clinic is bizarre. Please take some accountability. I called the clinic as I never received my bloodwork requisition that was ordered by my physician.
