Have tried to contact Terra Nova because we can't get the builder to respond to our pleas. Terra Nova won't respond either despite a letter and several phone calls to the president. Don't build with Terra Nova. If I could give a zero I could.
Lovely place and friendly staff!
The company lied on signed sellers agreements which cause a financial burden due to undisclosed information. I have been trying to work with / get a conversation for almost half a year now only to get 1-2 words and the actual owners will not reach out to me.
